2023 INZERSDORF Riesling

Tasting Notes
Stone fruit, ripe apricot, delicate gunpowder and herbal meadow on the nose. On the palate, initially savory acidity, which is balanced with a delicate play of sugar. This leads to an amazing spiciness, which is accompanied by limey freshness. The pronounced minerality is also reflected in the elegant and long finish.
Ideal with meat or vegetables in breading – from fried chicken to baked mushrooms, with spicy spare ribs or solo because you feel like Riesling.
